Rare Antique Collectible Tribal Ethnic Torque German Silver.

Age approx. Mid 20th Century
German Silver or  Alpacca Silver is a copper alloy with nickel and often zinc. The usual formulation is 60% copper, 20% nickel and 20% zinc. German/ Alpacca Silver is named for its silvery appearance, but it contains no elemental silver.

Country of Origin: Afghanistan
The necklace is very taught and I am unable to open in order to place around my neck. Therefore I am selling this as a display piece only. It needs a thorough cleaning as well. Please see pictures and ask any questions prior to offers. Thank you
